A lot of time has passed since we have been together in a relationship. We have had our ups and downs, we have seen many things and experienced what it means to be partners, sharing affection for each other. We may have had our fair share of confusion, frustration, happiness, sadness and many other emotions, and it has been the first time for both of us, being in a serious and emotionally - connected relationship.
I still remember playing Chess
with Jatin, and receiving that text message “It’s you”... Truth to
be
told, I wouldn’t have even believed that the person I had loved since I had met her was reaching out to
me. I had given up hope when you went on a date with that Rudra guy. I was in the metro when you told
this to me, it felt like everything had come falling down. The moment I received that text, I went to my
terrace and just looked into the horizon, it was fulfilling like nothing had ever been.
I have seen you in many states, as have you. I have seen you in your most vulnerable moments, been there
for you as much as I can, although I fail a lot and probably annoy you with my lack of tact and of a
better word; emotional range. But I say this with the utmost sincerity that a smile on your face due to
me is a gift unparalleled by a lot of things in this life, closest competition to which being a Ferrari SF90 Stredale
and a Bentley Continental GT
.
I love you, as a soulmate, as my partner and as someone who loved me when I was at my worst looks-wise and as someone who has always been at my side, supporting me as the road goes on. We have spent another year together, and those have been some of the happiest days of my life. I hope to be there as best as I can for you for as long as you want me to be.
